1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
½ teaspoon onion, chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


Combine beans, garlic, water, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, salt, paprika, cayenne, and
cinnamon in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Add olive oil and process to combine.
Season with lemon juice and salt, as needed.
