INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 large bunch broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, chopped
PREPARATION:
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and broccoli. Blanch for 30 seconds.
Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic and sauté about 30 seconds, until aromatic.
Stir in broccoli. Add salt to taste. Saute for 2 minutes. Broccoli should still be firm.
Serve immediately.
