INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • ¼ large ripe avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ tsp. spirulina
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • Few ice cubes

PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large glass to serve.  Serve chilled.
  3. golden on top.
