Ingredients:

1 cup raw walnuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch salt
Pinch cayenne

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350oF.

Toss the walnuts with maple syrup, salt, and cayenne until evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet.

Bake for 7-10 min, until slightly browned.

Let cool to room temperature. Use spatula to loosen nuts.
