INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 cheery tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 2-3 slices organic GF ham
  • Pink salt
  • Cracked black peppe

PREPARATION:

  1. Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and stir through remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased mini muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
