Peanut Butter Banana Bear Toast


1 slice gluten-free, whole grain bread
Peanut butter of your choice
1 ripe banana
Small dark chocolate chips


  1. In a medium bowl, add oats, nut butter, and honey, and mix until well combined.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour in mixture and spread evenly.
  3. Cover and place in freezer until firm.
  4. Cut into bars. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
