1 teaspoon vinegar
4 organic eggs
sea salt


Pour 6 inches of water into a large saucepan and place over medium-high heat. When the water is nearly boiling, add vinegar. Then, crack each egg open in a small dish and slowly slide egg into boiling water.

Reduce heat to a simmer.

Cook until egg whites are set and center is soft, about 3 min.

Remove with slotted spoon and place on paper towel to drain excess water. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Serve immediately.
