🍐Pears🍐 are an excellent source of fiber.
Fiber acts as a sponge while traveling through our digestive system, absorbing water and removing toxins. One medium sized pear contains 6 grams of fiber, which equals about 21% of the daily recommended value!
🍐
Have you tried air fryer baked pears? Simply cut the pear in half, sprinkle with 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon - bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees - Enjoy!
