INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain, rinse, and blot dry one 15 ounce can of no-salt-added chickpeas.
  2. Toss well with 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon coriander, ¼ teaspoon cumin , ¼ teaspoon chili powder, ¼ teaspoon salt.
  3. Roast in a 450 degree oven on a lined baking sheet for 25 minutes. Serves 6
