Strawberry Ice Pops


1 container strawberries, hulled and halved
2 Tbsp sugar
2 med oranges
¼ tsp vanilla extract


  1. Place strawberries in a medium saucepan and heat on low.
  2. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  3. Cut oranges in half and juice them. Add pulp and juice to the strawberries.
  4. Once hot, turn off heat and add vanilla.
  5. Using an immersion blender, puree strawberries until smooth.
  6. Pour puree into ice pop molds and chill until frozen, at least 4 hours.
