Join our EOI, Matt, as he demonstrates our Movement of the Day!

Today's MOTD: Jack Knives

Muscles worked: lower abdominals and hip flexors

Try incorporating 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps on each side at the end of your workout or on the days you train your abdominal muscles!
