INGREDIENTS
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 green apple, diced and unpeeled
- 1 cup raw cranberries (whole)
- ½ cup golden raisins
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ cup orange juice
DIRECTIONS
- Cut peeled yams into ½ inch chunks and spread in a large baking dish.
- Top with diced apples, cranberries and raisins.
- Sprinkle with maple syrup then pour orange juice over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until yams are tender.
- Serve and Enjoy.
